What is ecodo?

We are stichting ecodo, a young and dynamic foundation aiming at integration of nature and culture in an ecologically responsible way.

How?

Ecodo wants to bring its ideas into form by establishing and maintain a sustainable, self-sufficient intentional community.

What's that?

Sustainable, selfsufficient intentional communities are, according to ecodo, intentional communities where the inhabitants take care of their needs of life in an ecologically responsible way.

Sustainable food

With organic agriculture provide good and healthy food for the wider community for honest prices. Organically grown vegetables, herbs and fruit, mushrooms and honey. Because honest food is tasty food.

Sustainable energy

In our projects we want as much as possible provide in our energy needs in an ecologically responsible way, by capturing energy from bio-gas, sun and wind.

Education

We also want to to air our ideas and ideals through organising lectures, courses, workshops and excursions. The internet is another medium through which we want to share our thoughts, and get in touch with other similar and related projects.
